  • What are your customer service hours?
    Our customer service hours are 9 am- 5 pm EST Monday- Friday. We strive to respond to all questions/conerns with 72 hours.
  • Why should I subscribe to emails?
    Subscribing to emails allow you to be up to date on future promotions/sales, upcoming events as well as new product releases.
  • Do I need to log in or create an account to make a purchase?
    You do not need to log in or create an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest.
  • Do I need to log into PayPal or have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
    No, you do not need to log in or create an account with PayPal to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest via the PayPal Portal using your card information.
  • How will I know if my order has been received?
    You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided along with a receipt. Please be sure to double check your email address before submitting your order. You may have to check your spam folder for order confirmation. ​
  • I placed my order; can I change it?
    I'm sorry at this time we can't manually alter orders. If you placed an order and would like to add an item, you will have to place another order.
  • Why has my order been canceled?
    If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out of a stock item.
  • I see multiple strands on the picture, will I receive all strands pictured?
    No, most strands come with only one strand unless stated otherwise in the strand description.
  • I received my package and it's not the color I was expecting.
    We do our best to display unaltered photos of our strands/jewelry. Monitor display vs. in-person color may vary slightly.
  • What happens if I forget to use my discount code?
    Once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
  • Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
    Only one coupon code per purchase when a discount code is available.
  • Do I need to sign for packages?
    No, you are not required to sign for packages.
