What is the processing time for orders?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, our processing time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that products can usually be processed much sooner than the time periods stated above, during sales and holidays it may take a little longer (3-5 additional business days)

When can I expect my order to ship out?
Orders generally ship 10 business days from date of purchase. Should the 10th business day fall on a postal holiday, your order will ship on the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Business days). 
**Packages may require more time to be delivered as a result of the ongoing covid 19 impacts to the United States. Thank you for your patience!

How do I track my order?
once your order has shipped, you will receive your United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number to the email address that was provided at the time of purchase.

Where do you ship?
We ship all over and yes, that includes International!

Will I be charged for custom and import duties?
Consciously Loving You ships all international packages "Delivery duties unpaid".  This means that all customs, duties, taxes and any additional fees are not paid by Consciously Loving You and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. Should the customer fail to pay these fees and the package is returned back to Consciously Loving You; We will not resend your package. 

My order says delivered but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?
Consciously Loving You is not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim. 

I provided the incorrect address at check out, what can I do?
If you just placed your order, contact us immediately to update address. If your package has already shipped, you will have to contact USPS 

My package was delivered to the wrong address, will you reship?

unfortunately, we are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to correct or completed addresses. contact USPS to file a claim. 

My package is being returned to the sender; Will you reship my package?
Absolutely, If the error is our mistake, we will Reship at no cost to you. If you provided the wrong shipping address, you will be sent an additional invoice with the new shipping cost to have the items reshipped. However, we will not reship until we have received the original the package. 

Returns/ Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products all sales are FINAL!

If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped, we will happily exchange it. Please email with your order number along with photos. There will be no shipping fee to reship.
